4 hard-boiled eggs, 1 cup of chickpea flour, 2 teaspoons of rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1-2 green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon of celery, a handful of fresh cilantro, black pepper, salt, and oil to taste
Start by boiling the eggs thoroughly in a pan with water and a pinch of salt
Peel the shells off after boiling the eggs
Next, grab a bowl and mix gram flour with spices.
Create a mixture of flour and incorporate rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, celery, chopped green chilies, and salt.
Thoroughly immerse the eggs in the solution
Warm oil in a skillet. Once the oil is heated, place the eggs in it. Cook them until they are golden and crispy.
Place it on a plate and serve warm with chutney or sauce.
