Lentils: Lentils are high in calcium and potassium, and they are also easy to digest.
For a nutritious and gluten-free snack, prepare protein-packed masoor dal chilla at home.
2 cups of Masoor dal, 1/2 teaspoon of celery, 1 tablespoon of onion, 1 tablespoon of tomato, 1 teaspoon of green chili, 1 teaspoon of coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, and oil or ghee
Leave the masoor dal to soak overnight. In the morning, grind it to create a batter.
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients
Warm a griddle and lightly coat it with oil or ghee
Pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it evenly. Cook over medium heat.
Lightly coat the edges with oil and cook until both sides are golden brown
Serve while hot with green chutney
