PM Modi’s 3 Nation Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a three-nation visit starting today. His first stop will be Jordan, where he will visit at the invitation of King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein. During his two-day visit to the Hashemite Kingdom, Prime Minister Modi will meet with King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein and review all aspects of India-Jordan relations and share his views on regional issues. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated that this visit is being held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

PM Modi’s Ethiopia Visit

In the second leg of his foreign tour, at the invitation of Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali, Prime Minister Modi will pay a state visit to Ethiopia from December 16. This will be Prime Minister Modi’s first visit to this African nation. A statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs said, “He will hold comprehensive discussions with Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali on all aspects of India-Ethiopia bilateral relations. As partners in the Global South, this visit will reaffirm the shared commitment of both countries to further deepen the bonds of close friendship and bilateral cooperation.”
PM Modi’s Oman Visit

In the final leg of his foreign tour, Prime Minister Modi will visit Oman from December 17 to 18 at the invitation of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman. The Ministry of External Affairs stated that India and Oman share a comprehensive strategic partnership based on centuries-old friendship, trade ties, and strong people-to-people connections.
This visit marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries and follows the visit of His Majesty the Sultan of Oman to India in December 2023. The visit will provide both sides with an opportunity to comprehensively review the bilateral partnership across various sectors, including trade, investment, energy, defence, security, technology, agriculture, and culture, and to exchange views on regional and global issues of mutual interest.
