Noor Khan Airbase Attack: The military clash between India and Pakistan in May 2025 is now making headlines. The Pakistani government has admitted for the first time that it suffered heavy losses from Operation Sindoor, which was carried out by India in May. Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, made this admission at a press conference. This statement comes exactly seven months after Operation Sindoor.
Operation Sindoor: What was Operation Sindoor?

Operation Sindoor was launched in response to the terrorist attack that took place on April 22, 2025, in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which killed 26 civilians. India did not tolerate this and launched Operation Sindoor on May 7, 2025. In this operation, the Indian Army targeted nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

India claimed that these attacks were only carried out on terrorist camps. However, Pakistan retaliated with drone and missile attacks. India then responded even more forcefully, attacking several Pakistani airbases with BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles and drones. A ceasefire was declared on May 10.
