Middle East Travel Advisory: The Middle East has been engulfed in flames of war following airstrikes by the US and Israel on several Iranian cities on February 28, targeting military command centres, air defence systems, missile sites, and key regime bases. These attacks killed Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, and senior military and security officials. Iran retaliated by attacking US assets and military bases across the region, including Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan, with ballistic missiles and drones. Meanwhile, the US has urged 12 countries to evacuate their citizens.
