Indian Embassy in Doha Advisory: Embassy of India in Doha has released and advisory for Indian nationals stranded in Qatar after s series of flight have been cancelled. Asking passengers to provide details through an online form so that authorities can under the situation in a better way.

In a notice shared by the Indian embassy and officials in Qatar platform, officials said that advisory is meant for the Indian tourists and short-term visitors who holds a Hayya A1 visa whose flights departing Qatar were cancelled between February 28 and March 7, 2026. Officials stated that, information collected through the forms will helps the mission to determine, “the exact number and details of the stranded national of India who aren’t the residents of the Qatar.

Advisory mentions that its specifically aimed at Indian nationals visiting Qatar for the tourism purpose or short stays travellers, whose plans were disrupted due to the cancellations in their flights during the mentioned period. Similar travel disruptions have been reported in parts of the Gulf region in recent days amid wider aviation disturbances in West Asia.

In a statement, embassy stated that Indian tourists and short-term visitors holding Hayya A1 visa whose flights departing Qatar were cancelled between February 28 and March 7, 2026, are requested to submit their details through link provided.

Officials clarified that the information will be used only to determine the exact number and details of stranded Indian nationals who are not residents of Qatar. Embassy also informed that the registration link has now been restored.
