Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Saifullah Kasuri also joined the anti-India rallies. Kasuri is also the mastermind of the Pahalgam terror attack. "I am being blamed for the Pahalgam attack, now my name has become famous all over the world. Kasuri has been involved in anti-India activities for long. He is one of the important members of LeT. Hafiz Saeed's son Talha Saeed also attended the recent rally.

Talha Saeed, son of Lashkar leader Hafiz Saeed, who is listed as the 32nd most wanted terrorist in India, also attended the rally. From the stage, Talha delivered incendiary speeches and chanted slogans such as Nara-e-Takbeer. He had run unsuccessfully in the 2024 general elections for the NA-122 seat in Lahore and is linked to the PML, regarded as the political wing of Lashkar-e-Taiba.
