According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the Russian President will come on December 4–5 for a state visit. During this time, he is going to take part in the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit. President Putin will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and India’s President, Droupadi Murmu, will host a welcome dinner in his honor.
