CM Yogi Japan Visit: After his visit to Singapore, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Japan, where he was given a grand welcome in Tokyo. Arriving in Japan dressed in saffron attire, CM Yogi was warmly welcomed by Lieutenant Governor Junichi Ishider and members of the Indian diaspora. This is the Chief Minister’s first visit to Japan during his two-nation tour, marking a significant achievement reflecting the growing strategic and cultural ties between India and Japan.

CM Yogi informed in a post on the social media platform X that ‘Aditya’ of the holy land of Lord Shri Ram greets the innovative land of the rising sun and said that today in Tokyo, a fruitful and visionary meeting was held with Kazuki Shimizu, Managing Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Infrastructure Projects Business Unit of Mitsui & Co. and senior members of his team.

CM Yogi in Tokyo

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Tokyo on Wednesday on an official visit to Japan, aiming to strengthen investment opportunities and industrial development in the state. Cooperation in infrastructure projects, logistics networks, and industrial investment to strengthen development corridors and global supply chain integration will also be discussed. During his visit to Japan on February 25-26, he is expected to participate in key meetings and discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and exploring investment opportunities for the state.
CM Yogi Singapore Visit

A day earlier, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister had said that the state had received investment proposals worth up to ₹1 lakh crore during meetings held in Singapore, of which Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) worth ₹60,000 crore had already been finalised. He described this as an important step towards transforming the state into a $1 trillion economy. The Chief Minister addressed an investor roadshow in Singapore this morning, presenting his state as a safe and fast-growing destination for global investment.
