A domestic dispute over Mother’s Day dinner turned violent in West Palm Beach, Florida, resulting in a 74-year-old woman being brutally stabbed 11 times by her 29-year-old grandson. The incident occurred on May 10, leading to the arrest of Keo Nottage.

Dinner Dispute Turns Deadly

According to court records obtained by Fox News Digital, the altercation began around 1:26 p.m. when West Palm Beach Police Department officers responded to a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers found Nottage engaged in a physical altercation with his cousin in the driveway of the home.

The victim, identified as Nottage’s grandmother, told authorities that the argument started after Nottage was asked to help carry groceries for the Mother’s Day dinner. Sources indicate that Nottage became increasingly agitated during the exchange.

Escalation and Arrest

The victim stated that Nottage made a chilling threat, saying, “Someone is going to die today,” before retrieving a knife from the kitchen. Nottage then allegedly proceeded to stab his grandmother approximately 11 times.

Following the alleged stabbing, Nottage’s cousin reported that he attempted to intervene and help his grandmother. However, Nottage then allegedly turned the knife towards his cousin, threatening him. The cousin managed to escape the residence and call for emergency assistance.

Keo Nottage was subsequently arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail. He is currently being held without bond on charges of attempted first-degree premeditated murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His grandmother was transported to a local hospital, where she underwent surgery and remains in critical condition.
