West Bengal 4 Year Old Minor Rape Case: A heart-wrenching incident from Hooghly, West Bengal, has once again shaken people’s faith in humanity. A four-year-old girl, who was sleeping beside her parents, was allegedly abducted by a man and subjected to a horrific assault. In an attempt to cover up his crime, the accused reportedly threw the child into a drain. The police later discovered her in a severely injured state and rushed her for medical treatment. Meanwhile, an investigation is underway, and efforts are being made to trace and arrest the perpetrator.
According to media reports, this incident occurred at the Tarakeswar railway station in Hooghly. The girl was sleeping under a mosquito net with her parents. A police complaint filed by the girl’s family states that she was first kidnapped by an unknown assailant. She was subsequently found in a drain. Bite marks were also found on her cheek.

There was chaos everywhere when the innocent girl was kidnapped. The family searched for the girl a lot but could not find her anywhere. Meanwhile, when the family reached the drain flowing near the station, they found the girl lying there drenched in blood. She was not wearing any clothes. There was a bite mark on the girl’s cheek. In such a situation, the family immediately took the girl to the hospital for treatment. Even after hours of treatment, the bleeding from the girl’s private parts did not stop. Despite this, the hospital discharged the girl.
West Bengal Hooghly Rape Case: Family alleges negligence by hospital
The girl’s family has accused the hospital of negligence. They claim the girl was bleeding continuously from her genitals and her condition was critical. When they approached the police with a complaint, they were also told to leave. After much pleading, the police sent the girl for a medical examination.
West Bengal Crime News: BJP attacks the government
The BJP attacked the hospital, targeting the current Mamata Banerjee government in the state over the incident. Leader of the Opposition in the Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari, also lashed out at the Mamata Banerjee government. He said that crimes against women are rampant in West Bengal. Mamata Banerjee is a complete failure as Chief Minister.
