Approximately 39,506 units of the Grand Vitara SUV, manufactured between December 9, 2024, and April 29, 2025, have been recalled due to a defect in the fuel gauge system. This defect prevents drivers from receiving accurate warning light and fuel level indicators, making it difficult to determine fuel level or fuel remaining in the vehicle. This is the reason for their recall.
