Honda has launched a new version of the Shine 100 in the Indian market, which starts at Rs 68,767. The new model has better looks, environmental efficiency, and refreshed graphics. The bike is available in five attractive colour options and has a 98.98cc engine that is OBD2B-compliant.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has introduced several impressive scooters and bikes in the Indian market. Recently, Honda has released an updated version of the existing Shine 100. This new model focuses on improved aesthetics and enhanced environmental efficiency. The Shine 100 is priced at approximately Rs 68,767, ex-showroom.
Refreshed graphics in Shine 100
According to HMSI Director, President, and CEO Tsutsumu Otani, the Shine 100 has quickly become one of the fastest-growing brands in HMSI's motorcycle lineup since its debut in March 2023. This entry-level bike has garnered positive feedback from users, thanks to its enhanced reliability, fuel efficiency, and affordability. Following the success of the Shine 125, the new Shine 100 presents a sleek design, featuring updated graphics and a prominent Honda logo.
OBD2B-compliant
The refreshed model is available in five appealing color choices and features drum brakes on both sides, enhanced with Honda's Combined Braking System (CBS) for improved safety. The Shine 100 is powered by a 98.98cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine, which is OBD2B-compliant to meet the new emission regulations as of now. It is paired with a 4-speed gearbox with 5.43 kW of power at 7500 rpm and 8.04 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm.
