OLA's Roadster EV Bike arriving February 5, Boasts smart features

A few days ago, Ola launched the Gen 3 EV scooter in the Indian market. Now, Ola is gearing up to introduce a new EV bike in the Indian market. OLA will provide details and begin delivering the roadster bike on February 5.

OLA announced details about the roadster bike during an event on August 15, 2024. As per the information, the roadster bike might be launched with an ex-showroom price of Rs 75,000.

Ola created a buzz with the launch of its electric scooter in the Indian market, and now Ola is set to make an impact in the bike segment as well. The roadster bike is set to debut in the Indian market with three battery options: 2.5KWH, 3.5KWH, and 4.5KWH. The ex-showroom price for the 2.5KWH battery variant of the roadster bike begins at Rs 1 lakh, while the 4.5KWH battery variant starts at Rs 1,19,999. The company asserts that this bike can provide a range of 200 kilometers on a single charge.

The bicycle might feature a digital lock, disc brakes, various driving modes, a sizable touchscreen, and diamond-cut alloy wheels. The Roadster Pro will be the flagship model in this electric bike series, with an ex-showroom price of Rs 2 lakh.
