Xiaomi is set to introduce a new device in its flagship smartphone lineup, the Xiaomi 15. The company is preparing to unveil the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, which could be released in January.

The phone is garnering interest due to pre-launch rumors. Recently, well-known tipsters have disclosed key specifications. This device is predicted to succeed the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and is anticipated to feature improved capabilities.

As reported by China's well-known insider Digital Chat Station, the phone is expected to have a 6.73-inch curved OLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.

The phone is set to include a 120Hz refresh rate. According to the tipster, the company might introduce several enhancements to the camera.

The primary camera, featuring a 1-inch sensor, is located at the back and will have an f/1.63 aperture. The primary sensor of the phone will enable it to capture detailed images even in low-light conditions.

The second camera will feature a 50MP telephoto zoom lens. The third sensor might be a 200MP 100mm periscope lens, potentially offering 4.3x zoom.

The informant suggests that the phone's battery capacity could range from 5500 to 5800mAh. Meanwhile, numerous companies are providing batteries of 6000mAh or more. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is anticipated to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It may have a thickness of 9.2mm and a weight of 220 grams.
