Massive Investment Boost: 6,100 jobs to be created in Madhya Pradesh
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav received investment proposals worth Rs 4,376 crore at the Krishi Udyog Samagam 2025. These will create more than 6,100 employment opportunities, which will give impetus to the industrial development of the state. Emphasis has been laid on increasing the income of farmers by increasing the target of sprinkler irrigation in sugarcane farming.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav attended the Food Processing Entrepreneurs Meet at Krishi Udyog Samagam 2025 in Narsinghpur district. During his speech, CM Mohan Yadav mentioned that investment proposals totaling Rs 4,376 crore were received from 52 units at the event. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar opened the three-day Krishi Udyog Samagam 2025 in the district on Monday, which will end on May 28.
Speaking at the 'Food Processing Entrepreneurs Conclave' at the Samagam, CM Mohan Yadav received investment proposals amounting to Rs 4,376 crore, anticipated to generate over 6,100 jobs in the state. These proposals are set to boost industrial growth in the state and create new job opportunities for the youth.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that Narsinghpur district is renowned nationwide for its sugarcane farming. The goal for sprinkler irrigation in sugarcane cultivation will be raised, reinforcing the government's commitment to boost farmers' income and ensure they receive fair prices for their crops.
Additionally, more industries focused on food processing will be established. The budget has seen growth in sectors like agriculture, horticulture, and fruit and vegetable production. He emphasized the government's dedication to enhancing farmers' earnings and creating job opportunities for the youth. He mentioned that the state's progressive policies are designed to tackle the challenges faced by investors.
