CM Mohan Yadav dedicates flyover to Dr. Ambedkar
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated a flyover built at a cost of Rs 154 crore in the state capital Bhopal. The flyover has been named after former law and justice minister Bhimrao Ambedkar. Located on the Maida Mill road in the capital city, the flyover is 2,900 metres long and 15 metres wide.
It connects Gayatri Mandir to DB Mall Square, Board Office Square, Pragati Square and Ganesh Mandir via Mansarovar Complex. This new infrastructure is aimed at improving traffic management in the city.
The flyover will be known as Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Bridge
Addressing the public on the occasion, CM Mohan Yadav said that the newly constructed flyover in Bhopal at a cost of Rs 154 crore will give impetus to the development of the city. This flyover will be known as Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Bridge. Bhopal is the heart of the country and the most beautiful capital of the country.
CM Mohan Yadav pointed out that Bhopal was a small city at the time of formation of Madhya Pradesh in 1956 and its development stalled for many years. But now under the present government, the development of the city will continue at a fast pace.
Flyover will be constructed in Bawdia-Kalan area
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced the construction of a flyover at a cost of Rs 180 crore in Bawdia-Kalan area of the city to ease traffic congestion. He also assured to inaugurate the Bairagarh Bridge soon. The construction of this flyover will ease travel on the routes of Obaidullaganj, Narmadapuram, Betul, Khandwa and Jabalpur.
