Telangana's Mulugu Hit by 5.3 Magnitude Earthquake, Tremors Felt in Hyderabad
The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) reported that an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 struck the Mulugu district in Telangana on Wednesday morning.
The tremor was recorded at approximately 7:27 am and had its epicenter in the Mulugu area at a depth of 40 km.
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 occurred on 04/12/2024 at 07:27:02 IST, located at 18.44 N latitude and 80.24 E longitude, with a depth of 40 Km in Mulugu, Telangana, as reported by the National Centre for Seismology on X.
There have been no immediate reports of casualties or significant damage. Further information is awaited.
