Batting first, the Rajasthan Royals posted a total of 243 runs. In response, the Sunrisers team could only manage to score 196 runs.

The match between the Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad was a thrilling encounter. Despite losing the toss, the Rajasthan Royals made a strong grip on the match right from the first innings. Batting first, the team got off to an explosive start—a feat for which Vaibhav Suryavanshi deserves the credit. The 15-year-old player missed out on a century by a mere 3 runs, scoring 97 runs off 29 balls. Due to his powerful innings, Rajasthan succeeded in posting a massive total. Furthermore, thanks to the stellar performance of their bowlers, they restricted SRH to a low total and clinched the victory.

Batting first, both openers for the Rajasthan Royals combined to add 125 runs for the first wicket in just 8 overs. Vaibhav Suryavanshi once again delivered a blistering batting performance. The left-handed batter played a magnificent innings of 97 runs, which came off just 29 balls and included 12 sixes and 5 fours. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 29 runs, while Dhruv Jurel smashed 50 runs off 21 balls. Riyan Parag hammered 26 runs off 12 deliveries. The Rajasthan Royals set a daunting target of 244 runs for the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Chasing the huge target against Rajasthan Royals, the Sunrisers Hyderabad’s batting performance was extremely poor. Opener Abhishek Sharma fell victim to Jofra Archer on just the second ball of the innings; Abhishek failed to even open his account. Ishan Kishan departed after scoring 33 runs off 11 balls. Travis Head was also dismissed after contributing 17 runs. Ravichandran Smaran and Heinrich Klaasen could only contribute 1 run and 18 runs, respectively. Nitish Kumar Reddy played a significant innings with the bat; however, it proved insufficient for his team. Ultimately, the Sunrisers lost the match by 47 runs.
