A Leap of Faith
Initially intimidated by the sight of hang gliders launching from Lookout Mountain, the author found herself four years later signing waivers for a tandem flight at the same location. Despite initial apprehension and a lack of knowledge about hang gliding, the prospect of flying became a reality.
Preparing for Takeoff
