Gujarat Giants in an official release stated,

“Anushka is under the close supervision of the team’s medical staff and is progressing well. She will be a big miss for the side, but her health and long-term well-being remain our priority.”
Speaking after the match against the Mumbai Indians, Michael Klinger stated that the team was hoping Anushka would be available again around the Vadodara leg of the tournament, which is set to be scheduled to begin on January 19.
Michael Klinger in the post-match conference stated,

“Yeah, we’re unsure. We’re hoping it’s only a game or two, and then she’ll be back. She just needs a period of rest for her hand, and then we’re confident she’ll return during the Vadodara leg. It’s being assessed, and her hand is in a sort of cast at the moment to keep it still. We’re just trying to give her the best chance to heal over the next week or so, and then hopefully be right for Baroda.”
It has to be seen now till what time Anushka Sharma will be fit and get back to the WPL 2026 campaign.
