Arjun Tendulkar Gets Engaged To Hotelier Ravi Ghai’s Granddaughter Saaniya Chandhok
The God of Cricket, Sachin Tendulkar's son and young cricketer Arjun Tendulkar, has started a new chapter of his life outside the cricketing field. According to media reports, Arjun has gotten engaged to Saania Chandhok, granddaughter of Mumbai's famous businessman Ravi Ghai. The Ghai family is a big name in the hotel and food industry. However, neither the Tendulkar family nor the Ghai family has issued any official statement regarding this engagement yet. According to the information, this engagement took place in a private and very simple ceremony in Mumbai, in which only close relatives and friends of both the families attended.
On this special occasion, Arjun's mother, Anjali Tendulkar, looked very happy, while Arjun's father, Sachin Tendulkar, also enjoyed this moment with family and friends. Interestingly, Saania is also a very close friend of Arjun's sister, Sara Tendulkar. Saania Chandhok's family has been active in India's hospitality and food sector for a long time. He is the owner of Mumbai's Intercontinental Marine Drive Hotel and the famous low-calorie ice cream brand Brooklyn Creamery. Saania's lifestyle and professional background are both high-profile, due to which her name is often in the headlines in social circles.
On the other hand, Arjun Tendulkar is currently focusing on his cricket career. He will be seen playing for Goa in the Ranji Trophy this year. Arjun has so far taken 37 wickets at an average of 33.51 and scored 532 runs at an average of 23.13 in 17 first-class matches. In List-A cricket, he has 25 wickets and 102 runs in 18 matches. While in 24 T20 matches, he has taken 27 wickets and scored 119 runs. Arjun was a part of the Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025 and was also retained at a base price of Rs 30 lakh, but he did not get a chance to play a single match.
