A rape case has been registered against him at Sanganer Police Station in Jaipur. It is alleged that he had physical relations with a minor girl for two years and emotionally blackmailed her.

According to the latest report, the victim stated that Yash showed her the dream of making a career in cricket and did wrong to her for the first time in a hotel in the Sitapura area of ​​Jaipur. When this incident happened, the girl was only 17 years old; because of this, the POCSO Act has also been imposed in the case, which is a strict law for crimes against minor children.

This case has come to light at a time when Yash is already under the supervision of the court in another case. Allahabad High Court had recently stayed Yash's arrest. In that case too, a woman had accused him of sexual exploitation and luring her into marriage.

During the hearing in the court, Yash Dayal's lawyer said that Section 69 of BNS can be imposed on a person only if it is proved that he has promised to marry without having the intention to marry.

Yash has demanded a stay on the arrest in this case and cancellation of the FIR. During the hearing, the High Court has sought a reply from the state government and has also sent a notice to the complainant woman.

Second woman also made serious allegations

The first FIR was registered at Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad district, where a case was filed against Yash Dayal on July 6. The woman alleges that Yash sexually exploited her several times by promising marriage and later refused to marry. She says that the two met five years ago and Yash kept her in the dark by constantly promising marriage.

The woman had first lodged this complaint on the IGRS portal of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on June 21, after which the police started action.
