Chahar said that Mahi bhai supported him from the start, this is the reason he wants to come here. His name came on the second day so this is the reason he believes that it was difficult for CSK to get him back, they bid him for till 9 crore despite having 13 crore in the purse.

“Mahi bhai has supported me from the start, that’s why I wanted to come here. But my name came on the second day at the auction, so I had a fair idea that it would be difficult for me to get back to CSK. They had a low purse, but still bid till INR 9 crore despite a purse of INR 13 crore.”

Further, he said that now he had made up his mind that it would be difficult, last year's name came first that’s why it was easier for CSK to get me back.
