Shivam Mishra arrested: Police have arrested Shivam Mishra in connection with the luxury Lamborghini accident in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Shivam is the son of prominent city tobacco businessman KK Mishra. The case gained widespread attention after CCTV footage and other digital evidence linked to the crash emerged. Kanpur Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal stated that the investigation, along with the available CCTV footage, clearly confirms that Shivam Mishra was behind the wheel at the time of the accident.

DCP Central Atul Kumar Srivastava said that five police teams were formed to arrest the accused. Information was received that Shivam Mishra was present in Kanpur. After this, the teams became active and he was taken into custody and presented in the court. Further legal and investigative action is underway in the case. It is noteworthy that on Sunday afternoon, a Lamborghini car went out of control at high speed on VIP Road in Gwaltoli area and first hit an auto and a Bullet, then climbed onto the footpath. Many people including the vehicle riders were injured in the accident. After the incident, there was chaos at the spot and local people surrounded the car.

According to eyewitnesses, security personnel from another car following the Lamborghini attempted to extricate the driver, which angered those present. The driver was rescued by breaking the car’s window and taken to a private hospital. The driver claimed the accident was caused by a seizure, however, a police investigation found that Shivam Mishra was driving the car at the time of the incident. According to police, the accused has been arrested and further investigation is underway.
