Arshad, a 12th-grade student from Issopur village in the Kandhla police station area, was stabbed to death by some of his friends. Police also recovered a .315 bore country-made pistol from the crime scene. Initial investigations suggest that the murder may have stemmed from a dispute over a girl. However, police are still investigating all aspects of the case thoroughly. Upon receiving information about the incident, local MLA Nahid Hasan also visited the village and met with the family. This incident took place in Issopur Teel village, under the Kandhla police station area of Shamli district. Arshad, the 18-year-old son of Salim, a resident of the village, was a Class 12 student at Murli Manohar Inter College. According to Arshad’s father, on Sunday, he had gone to Kairana with his mother, Imrana, for some work. After shopping there, he returned to the village around 2:30 pm. A short while later, Arshad received a call on his mobile phone from his friend Virat. After the conversation, he left home saying he would be back soon. But what happened next left the entire family in shock.
Shamli Student Murder Case: Attacked by friends on the way
Shortly after he left home, his family received information that Arshad had been attacked with knives on the Issopur Bohadda road. Upon receiving the news, the family members immediately rushed to the spot, but by then the attackers had fled. Arshad was lying there in a pool of blood. He was immediately taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
