During the meeting, all facets of the India-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership were addressed. Topics like semiconductors, digitization, skill development, and connectivity were also covered in the discussions.
In a post on social media platform X, Prime Minister Modi wrote, “Earlier this evening, met the President of Singapore, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam. We discussed the full range of the India-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. We talked about futuristic sectors like semiconductors, digitalisation, skilling, connectivity and more. We also spoke on ways to improve cooperation in industry, infrastructure and culture.”

On Wednesday, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar alhad a meeting with President Thurman in New Delhi. They talked about boosting collaboration in areas such as semiconductors, industrial parks, skill development, digitization, and business development.
