Mukesh Ambani Kedarnath and Badrinath Visit: India’s richest man and renowned industrialist Mukesh Ambani visited Badrinath and Kedarnath on Friday. Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani made a generous donation of ₹10 crore to the temple committee after visiting the temple. This donation is the largest donation Kedarnath and Badrinath have ever received.

Mukesh Ambani first visited Baba Kedarnath. He was then welcomed by Chairman Hemant Dwivedi and presented with a Uttarakhand cap. Ambani praised the arrangements for the Chardham Yatra, led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. He then donated ₹10 crore to the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC).

He was accompanied by BKTC President Hemant Dwivedi and Vice President Rishi Prasad Sati. After the darshan, the temple committee presented him with a Badrinath robe and prasad. Mukesh Ambani said that he finds peace in Devbhoomi and visits it every year. He assured the BKTC that any proposal received from the temple committee would be fulfilled.

Mukesh Ambani said that he has been visiting Uttarakhand for nearly 20 years, but currently, travel arrangements have improved significantly. He expressed confidence that the number of pilgrims visiting Uttarakhand will increase significantly in the next 10 years.

Regarding the disaster, he expressed condolences for the recent cloudburst, saying, “Whenever Uttarakhand needs any help, I and the Reliance Foundation will stand with them.” Ambani also announced the installation of a Jio mobile tower to ensure better communication services at Badrinath Dham. After spending about an hour in Badrinath Dham, he returned by helicopter.
