Jharkhand Foundation Day: Jharkhand government is organizing special events to mark its 25th foundation day. Special programs will be held in Ranchi on November 15th and these program will also showcase state’s struggles.
Jharkhand is completing 25 years, of its establishment on 15 November this year. To mark this historic occasion, the state government has decided to make “Silver Jubilee Year” memorable. As a part of this event, a special coordination meeting was held on November 13th at the Soochna Bhawan Auditorium, chaired Kuldeep Chaudhary, a nodal officer for the exhibition and Immersive Zone and Welfare Commissioner.
The Nodal officer from different departments were present at the meeting. During which, all aspects of preparations and programs for two-day event was held on the occasion of Jharkhand Foundation day.
State Foundation Day 2025: two-day festival in Ranchi
To mark State Foundation Day 2025, a special two-day festival will be held on November 15th and 16th at the Morabadi Ground in Ranchi, capital. Stalls from all departments of Jharkhand government will be set up in the festival, providing visitors with detailed information about the government’s various schemes, achievements, and initiatives.
Jharkhand Foundation Day: Scheduled presentation in a special Exhibition
The main attraction of the festival will be a special exhibition dedicated to the 150th birth anniversary of Birsa Munda and biography of ‘Dishom Guru’ Shibu Soren, showcasing history, struggle, and glorious journey of Jharkhand. An immersive zone will also be created, for films and visual materials on various events. Information regarding government welfare schemes will also be made available to the public, enabling visitors to benefit from them while visiting festival premises. Representatives from various departments, including Deputy Director of Tourism Rajiv Kumar, Assistant Director Isha Khandelwal, and Dr. Aseem Kumar, were present at the meeting.
