The Supreme Court has imposed 11 strict conditions while granting bail to all the accused. It has been stated that all the accused must surrender their passports and will not be allowed to leave the limits of Delhi without the court’s permission. They are also prohibited from contacting any witness related to this case or participating in any organisation or activity connected to this FIR. If the conditions are violated, the bail will be revoked.
Who is Gulfisha Fatima?

Gulafsha Fatima, a resident of Delhi, studied Urdu Honours at Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. She then completed her MBA from the Institute of Management Education in Ghaziabad. Before her arrest in connection with the 2020 Delhi riots, she was working as a radio jockey.

Gulfisha Fatima was arrested on April 9, 2020. According to the police, she was involved in the protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). She is also accused of playing a role in the larger conspiracy behind the violence that erupted in Delhi. Gulfisha was further accused of organising local women and coordinating arrangements at the protest site.

According to media reports, the Delhi Police stated in its charge sheet that Gulfisha Fatima and some others carried out the violence in the capital as part of a pre-planned conspiracy. She has been charged under several serious sections of the law, including the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
