Gorakhpur Crime News: A shocking incident has come to light from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. 15-year-old eighth-grade student mixed sleeping pills into her parents’ and grandmother’s food so she could meet her 22-year-old boyfriend. She did this every night and would then go to meet her boyfriend.
According to reports, girl’s father works as a painter in Mumbai. He had returned to his village a month ago and noticed a change in his daughter’s behaviour. She would talk on the phone for hours. Especially after dinner, the entire family would fall into a deep sleep. Suspiciously, father decided to keep an eye on his daughter with his wife’s help. What they discovered was shocking.

On the night of January 3, girl, as usual, mixed sleeping pills into everyone’s food. According to the plan, her parents didn’t eat food but pretended to be asleep. Around 11:30 PM, seeing everyone asleep, then girl quietly wrapped herself in a shawl and left the house. Her father followed her and saw her go to the house of a 22-year-old neighbour, about 200 meters away. The father, in a fit of rage, caught them red-handed. During the confrontation, young man hurled abuses, threatened to kill him, and chased him away from the house.

Father brought his daughter home. He then questioned her strictly, and she confessed everything. She revealed that she had been in contact with boy for the past year. Her boyfriend had even given her a phone so they could communicate. They used that phone to talk to each other. Her boyfriend would give her sleeping pills, which she would secretly mix into her family’s food. After eating the food, her family members would become unconscious, and then she would go to spend time with her boyfriend. Hearing all this, the family was shocked.
Gorakhpur Crime News: Accused boy is on the run; police officials are on Search

Following this incident, a village council meeting was called. The boy admitted that he wouldn’t do it again, but he didn’t change his ways. He threatened to kill the girl’s family. Finally, girl’s father filed a complaint against the boy at Gulriha police station. Police have registered a case against the accused boy under POCSO Act, as well as for making death threats and using abusive language. The accused is currently absconding. The police are continuously searching for him. He will be arrested soon, and legal action will be taken against him.
