Ghaziabad Sex Racket: A major sex racket has been busted in the Kaushambi police station area of Ghaziabad, adjacent to Delhi. The DCP has suspended a sub-inspector and two constables in connection with the case. All three have been found to have been negligent in their duties. Prostitution had been ongoing at the hotel for a long time, but the BPO and the beat SI were unaware of it. Meanwhile, it has also been revealed that two prominent individuals were running the “dirty business” at the hotel.
Charas and Marijuana Recovered from Hotel

On Wednesday, police busted a prostitution racket at the Sarovar Portico Hotel in Vaishali. Foreign women were brought there. Police rescued 11 women from the hotel and arrested three people, including the hotel manager. Police raided four rooms of the hotel, where hashish and marijuana were also recovered. Interrogation of the arrested accused revealed that prostitution had been going on at the hotel for a long time.
They lured young women with promise of jobs
Police officials stated that this gang had been active at this hotel for more than six months. Members lured young women from across the country with the promise of jobs and forced them into prostitution. The gang leader managed to escape from the scene. Police also seized footage from the hotel’s CCTV cameras.
Ghaziabad Sex Racket: 3 Policemen Suspended

In this case, the area’s Beat SI Anuj, Beat Police Officer Mukesh, and Link BPO Omveer have been suspended. DCP Trans Hindon stated that it is the police’s responsibility to monitor illegal activities in the area and report them to higher authorities. However, this was not done.
Ghaziabad News: Illicit Trafficking in Hotel Rooms
Ghaziabad ACP Abhishek Srivastava told the media that hundreds of photos of young women were sent to customers at this hotel via WhatsApp. Customers would select their photos and then invite them to the hotel. The illegal business was then conducted in the hotel’s upscale rooms and suites. Police also discovered that photographs of foreign women were also sent to clients.
