Road Development in Punjab: Budget of Rs 3,425 crore
Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann has allocated a budget of ₹3,425 crore for road repair and renovation. Approximately 19,000 kilometres of road will be built across Punjab. Road maintenance will be carefully monitored, and contractors will be required to maintain the roads for five years. During the meeting, CM Bhagwant Singh stated that public taxes are contributing to Punjab’s development and that improvements have also been made in the health sector.
