Cloud seeding will cause rain in Delhi. Currently, the visibility in Kanpur is 2000 metres. We are waiting for visibility to reach 5000 meters there. Visibility is also low in Delhi. We hope this will be possible by 12:30-1 pm. Then it will take off from there, perform cloud seeding here, and return.
