CM Nayab Singh Japan Visit: A high-level Haryana delegation led by Chief Minister Shri Nayab Saini met representatives of TDK Corporation and ATL Battery, which is setting up India’s largest Li-Ion battery manufacturing plant at EMC Sohna, to explore avenues for further investment in the state.
The meeting was facilitated by the Indian Embassy in Tokyo and focused on expanding collaboration in advanced manufacturing and clean energy technologies.

In another major development, an MoU was signed with Seiren Co. Ltd., a global leader in high-performance materials, for a ₹220+ crore mega project in Rohtak. The project is expected to create over 1,700 jobs and further boost Haryana’s position as a preferred investment destination for Japanese industries.
This partnership marks another milestone in the growing India–Japan industrial collaboration, highlighting Haryana’s commitment to fostering global investment and technological innovation.

This agreement is considered a significant step towards elevating Haryana’s industrial partnership with Japan and making the state a hub of global investment and technological innovation. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini began his official visit to Japan. The main objective of the visit is to strengthen economic ties, attract Japanese investment, and promote Haryana as a hub of industries ahead of the ‘Happening Haryana 2026’ summit.
