Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s mother-in-law, Vidyawati Devi, had been admitted to Patna’s IGIMS hospital for the past two months. Her condition was extremely critical. During her treatment, the Chief Minister’s son, Nishant Kumar, visited the hospital almost every evening to check on his grandmother. The family was constantly worried about her health. She passed away on Friday at the age of 90.
