Speaking at an artificial ghat built on the banks of the Yamuna in Delhi, Sanjay Singh said that the BJP has made a mockery of even the sacred festival of Chhath. He said, “Chhathi Maiya has exposed the BJP’s lies. The people of Bihar will teach a lesson to those who show off even on festivals of faith.”

“Government is responsible for migration and unemployment.”

Sanjay Singh also criticised the government for the large-scale migration from Bihar. He said thatthe  BJP and JDU leaders call the people of Bihar “migrants”, even though they have been in power for twenty years. “If there is no employment and no development, who will take responsibility?” he asked.

“Joking with the youth”

Taking aim at youth unemployment, Sanjay Singh said, “The Prime Minister promised two crore jobs, but today the youth are being told to make reels.” He quipped, “A youth from Bihar will make reels and Jay Shah will earn crores from cricket. Is this employment?”

CM Nitish was also targeted

Speaking about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Sanjay Singh said, “How can someone who doesn’t recognize his own workers understand the public’s sentiments? He said that Nitish Kumar’s government has lost its connection with the people.”

He claimed that the same model will now be implemented in Bihar. “We will not make false promises; we will work on public issues,” he said, adding that wherever the Aam Aadmi Party has reached, people have shown faith in honest politics. “In Gujarat, our MLAs have become the voice of the people; now change is certain in Bihar too,” he said.

Attack on Yogi government too

Aiming Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, he said, “Now the bulldozers have reached the temples. The BJP is practising hate politics, which is against the poor, Dalits, and Muslims.” Finally, Sanjay Singh said that the people of Bihar now want change. “The Aam Aadmi Party is the voice of honest politics, which will fight for the rights of the people from the streets to Parliament,” he said.
