The court said that there are many flaws in the charge sheet and acquitted them of all the charges due to lack of evidence. After the court’s decision, Arvind Kejriwal became emotional while talking to the journalists and started crying profusely.

This alleged scam relates to the Delhi government’s 2021-22 excise policy, which was later withdrawn amid allegations of irregularities in the licensing and pricing mechanism.
