Operation Mahadev: Indian Army eliminates 3 terrorists involved in Pahalgam attack
Pahalgam Terrorist Killed: The Indian Army has secured a significant victory by eliminating the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam attack. A intense confrontation occurred between the security forces and the terrorists in the Lidwas forests, located on the outskirts of Srinagar district.
The military has designated this mission as 'Operation Mahadev'. Sources indicate that the army obtained intelligence about four terrorists concealed in the thick woods of the Lidwas region. Up to now, three terrorists have been eliminated in this operation, and efforts to locate the remaining one are ongoing.

The army used drone photography in this operation. This operation was started two days ago. The bodies of the killed terrorists are being identified. The army has killed three terrorists in an encounter in Lidwas, Srinagar. It is believed that these killed terrorists may be related to the Pahalgam terrorist attack. In fact, a few days ago, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested two people, after getting input from whom the army carried out this operation. However, the army has not yet issued any official statement on this encounter.
Pahalgam Terrorist Killed: Terrorists killed 28 people
On April 22, 2025, terrorists targeted tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, resulting in the deaths of 28 individuals. The attackers questioned the tourists about their religion and demanded they recite the Kalma. When the tourists failed to comply, they were shot. The Resistance Front (TRF), believed to be affiliated with the Pakistan-based terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), initially claimed responsibility for the attack.
Nonetheless, it subsequently refuted any participation in the assault. The entire nation is incensed following the attack. In response, the Indian government enacted multiple sanctions against Pakistan and initiated Operation Sindoor to eliminate the terrorists.
