Rangareddy (Telangana) [India], July 15 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy inaugurated the "Shrimad Bhagavatam Part-1" film project at Ramoji Film City on Monday.

Speaking at the occasion, CM Reddy said that the film entertainment will be included as a special chapter in the "TelanganaRising -2047 " Vision document, which is under draft stage.

It is a source of pride for Telangana for having such a unique Ramoji Film City, the CM said, congratulating the creative film team for coming up with the idea of making the "Shrimad Bhagavatam" film.

CM Revanth Reddy reiterated that his government is envisaging a plan for the robust growth of Telangana by achieving a One Trillion US dollar economy by 2035 and a 3 Trillion US dollar economy by 2047 under the vision document.

The Chief Minister recollected the popularity of the famous mythological Ramayana TV programme which brought a revolution in the TV entertainment industry 40 years ago. During the COVID-19 pandemic also, the popular TV serial created a world record in viewership.

The CM hoped that the Srimad Bhagavatam Part-1 movie would become as popular as the Ramayana serial produced by Ramanand Sagar. Earlier on July 12, CM Reddy participated in the American Independence Day celebrations in Hyderabad.

The CM observed that the world has completely changed after America attained independence. America unveiled many positive aspects in front of the world and played a key role as a guide to build a strong democratic world and in providing continuous innovations, a release stated.

CM Revanth Reddy pointed out that America has changed the world's perspective in two aspects. The developed country maintained a strong spirit of never accepting defeat. As a strong country, it has always been able to give solutions in a positive way in many issues. On the same lines, Telangana is also seeking friendship and strengthening ties, the release added.

About 200 American companies from sectors like IT, pharma, defence, manufacturing, and aerospace are already operating in Hyderabad.

The CM said, "We are trying to improve trade relations between America and Telangana further. Our government is working towards the "TelanganaRising" vision to achieve a 1 trillion US dollar economy by 2035 and a 3 trillion dollar US economy by 2047", the CM said, seeking the USA support to achieve the target. Many students from Telangana are also going to America to fulfill their dreams. (ANI)
