Laxman Srivastava said that nowadays restaurants often serve old and adulterated food, but in 'Soma Kitchen', pure, nutritious and fresh food is prepared by adopting the 'no maida concept'. This food is made keeping in mind the traditional methods of Ayurveda. Laxman Shrivastava said, "Keeping in mind the method of eating in Ayurveda, food is being prepared in Soma Kitchen, because Ayurveda is our very old method. Whenever the name of Ayurveda comes to our mind, we think only of khichdi, but to change this thing, we are making different types of delicious food for people, which is completely sattvic and millet base. Soma Kitchen is an effort towards changing this mindset.

He said, "Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital is the first hospital in North India, where treatment is done with Ayurvedic Panchakarma system. Leaders of many countries have come here for treatment. Also, many celebrities also come here for Ayurvedic treatment. The hospital offers holistic treatment related to mental, spiritual and physical health, which is completely based on Ayurvedic methods. Director Shrivastava said that if we include small habits in our daily routine, such as drinking hot water in the morning, then we can improve the digestive system and avoid many diseases. The hospital will organise a special programme on International Yoga Day on June 21.
