We have to ensure that there is no interruption in the essential services of the common citizens. Sumita Mishra has also held a virtual meeting with the SP and DC. She said that the National Disaster Management Act and the Civil Defense Management Act have been discussed. Rs 5 lakh each has been allocated to the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts.

Security of water resources has been increased, and if any suspicious thing is found, citizens should inform the police about it. Health facilities should be improved and ambulance service should also be increased. If there is any vacant post at the local level, the DC can fill them, for this he has been given powers. Fire crackers have also been banned. Common citizens cannot fly drones. Guidelines have also been given regarding blackout. All DCs have been instructed to create a centralized command system. Citizens are appealed not to believe false rumors and trust the regular briefings of the state government.

I appeal to the citizens not to panic, the central and state governments are ready to deal with every situation. Studies in schools and colleges will continue from Monday, a decision will be taken after looking at the rest of the situation. Army officials also participated in this meeting. Everything is fine in Haryana right now. Ambala and Sirsa already have hotlines and the army is taking full care of it. If there is any situation at any place, then the District Deputy Commissioner there will take a decision according to the alert.
