Premanand Maharaj's miraculous escape in Vrindavan

Sant Premanand Maharaj narrowly avoided a serious accident in Vrindavan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. On Wednesday at 9:30 am, he was participating in a padayatra when an iron truss set up to greet him on the Parikrama route began to collapse.

This occurred just as Maharaj Ji was departing, but those nearby managed to catch him, ensuring he remained unharmed. Subsequently, Maharaj Ji continued on his way.

Like every day, Maharaj Ji left for his pad yatra on Wednesday morning and when he left for his residence from his ashram, a large number of his devotees were standing outside to have darshan of Maharaj Ji. After a while, Maharaj Ji had just come out of his residence that after moving a short distance, the iron pipe suddenly started falling and its picture is also becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Following this, the security personnel responsible for Premanand Maharaj intervened, halting and rescuing him. Subsequently, his journey continued. The incident caused some turmoil among the devotees for a while. Followers of Premanand Maharaj believe that it was the blessing of Radha Rani that prevented a major mishap.

A video capturing the incident has become popular on social media. Following this event, Maharaj Ji's followers became concerned about him. Subsequently, Maharaj Ji reassured them. Despite this, he continued his walking pilgrimage. It is worth mentioning that Maharaj Ji departs from his ashram daily to circumambulate Vrindavan. During this period, long lines of his devotees wait for hours to catch a glimpse of him. Maharaj Ji is afflicted with kidney disease, which occasionally forces him to cancel his journey when his health worsens.
