Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini has set a 24-hour deadline for Pakistanis to leave the state by 6 pm today. The Chief Minister had ordered the Pakistanis to leave Haryana on their own, otherwise the police would force them to be chased away and sent to Pakistan. As soon as this deadline is over, police raids can start across the state, which will speed up the process of return of Pakistanis. The Haryana government has a list of 460 Pakistanis who have been kept under surveillance in collaboration with the Home Department and the CID. This list is especially of those Pakistanis who have been living in Haryana for the last 25 to 30 years. Strict action will now be taken against these Pakistanis.
Central Government Directive and Home Minister's Warning
Recently, after the Pahalgam terror attack, the central government canceled the visas of Pakistanis. After this, Home Minister Amit Shah contacted Chief Minister Nayab Saini over phone and directed to take strict steps to evacuate Pakistanis from Haryana. Chief Minister Saini ordered it to be implemented immediately and warned that if these citizens do not go themselves, the police will force them to send them to Pakistan.

The Faridabad police carried out a flag march on Saturday to warn Pakistanis. In this march, the police strengthened the security atmosphere in various parts of the state and issued a final warning to Pakistanis to leave Haryana. During the flag march, the police made it clear that the government order would be implemented without any negligence.
