Exclusive: Pranav Sachdeva shares insights on 'Pyaar Ka Professor'

Recently, an OTT platform released a web series called 'Pyaar Ka Professor', which offers guidance on how to attract girls. During an exclusive interview with us, the lead actor of the web series, Pranav Sachdeva, shared significant insights about the series, his film career, and the entertainment industry.
How was your experience in this series?
Pranav responded by saying he enjoyed portraying this character due to its various facets and the intriguing storyline. He mentioned that he is engaged in other work during the day and teaching dating classes at night. He added that there is always a reason behind doing something different.
Where did the idea for the story come from?
Concerning the story, Pranav mentioned that he had witnessed all of this in real life. In various regions of the country, love coaching is genuinely practiced. Through extensive research and inquiries, he discovered that some individuals began offering it as a business venture. While some found it enjoyable, others initiated it to train young men, and people are making good money by providing such advice. It was after these findings that he decided to create this web series.
What did you learn from working with Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta?
Pranav said, "Initially, I was quite intimidated by the presence of so many big stars, but working with Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta in the film 'Uunchai' was a learning experience. He mentioned that while observing their work, he would be completely engrossed. Witnessing their incredible acting skills, he often forgot that he was an actor too. 'I will always cherish the experience of working with him.'
How difficult was it to shoot a gay scene?
Pranav mentioned that the subject is highly delicate. Hence, it requires careful handling. While filming, we make an effort to avoid causing any offense. However, if something does occur, it gets reported.
Who would you like to work with in Bollywood?
To which, Pranav replied: "I like Shah Rukh Khan a lot. I want to meet them once. If I get a chance to work with him in one of his films, even if I have to stand behind or work as a junior artist, it will be very special for me, because my childhood hero has been there. I used to mimic him when I was 5-6 years old as a child. He has left an impression on me with his journey. "
How did your career begin?
Talking about his career, Pranav said, "In first grade, I began my career with my first TV show. During my second year of college, I resumed working, and my initial TV show at that time was Joe on jindagi.com. Afterward, I didn't find anything particularly noteworthy in TV, so I learned theater and started acting in web series." My debut web series was 'Hadh,' directed by Vikram Bhatt. What kind of projects will you see next?
I am crafting a supernatural love story set in a village in Punjab, and we aim to begin filming by the end of this year.
Is theatre better or acting classes?
Regarding this, the actor believes that whether you do theater or workshop, you should always work on acting, daily teaching, only then we can use digital platforms to move forward.
