Delhi Elections 2025: Manish Sisodia Loses Jangpura Seat to BJP

The vote counting for the 2025 Delhi Assembly Elections has started. As per the latest trends, the BJP is ahead in 46 seats. Simultaneously, senior AAP leader and Jangpura candidate, Manish Sisodia, ran for the Jangpura seat but lost the election.

The AAP party faced a significant defeat in the Jangpura constituency. BJP candidate Tarvinder Singh Marwah secured the seat with a margin of 1844 votes, overcoming AAP's prominent leader and candidate Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Assembly elections.
