Gujarat's Tableau Wins 'Popular Choice' at Republic Day for 3rd consecutive year

According to the Gujarat government, the tableau of Gujarat presented at the 76th Republic Day National Parade at Kartavya Path in New Delhi was titled "From Anantapur to Ektanagar – A Wonderful Confluence of Heritage and Development". Gujarat's tableau won in the popular choice category by getting the most votes. The achievement is a remarkable hat-trick, with Gujarat's tableau topping the popular choice category for the third year in a row.

In the Popular Choice Category for Three Years
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Gujarat, celebrating this milestone as the state's tableau continues to lead the popular choice category for three consecutive years. CM Bhupendra Patel informed that Gujarat is successfully adopting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mantra of "Virasat bhi, Vikas bhi" through public participation and will continue to lead in the coming years.

Tableau Depicts Remarkable Journey of Modern Development

Out of the 31 tableaux displayed by various states and government departments at the 76th Republic Day parade, the tableau of Gujarat, presented by the Department of Information, depicted the remarkable journey of the state's modern development, which is based on the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and also paid tribute to its rich and enduring heritage. During the parade, citizens were allowed to vote online for their favorite tableau in the "Popular Choice" category. Since its debut at the 74th Republic Day National Parade in 2023, Gujarat has set a new benchmark by leading the popular choice category. The first of these tableaux was "Clean Green Energy Prosperous Gujarat".
