New Telecom Rules Effective from January 2025: What to Expect

New rules are going to be implemented for telecom companies from the new year 2025. Companies will be required to follow these rules. The Department of Telecommunication enacted some new laws in 2024. Some of which came into effect only in 2024. But some laws are now going to come into effect from the new year. The Right of Way rule will be applicable for telecom companies from January 1, 2025. Under the new rules, companies will have to insist on installing optical fiber lines and new mobile towers.
