The weather in Himachal Pradesh is expected to stay dry over the next few days. There are no forecasts for rain or snowfall in the next four to five days. Daytime temperatures in the state are 4 to 5 degrees Celsius higher than usual.

A Kolt Web warning has been announced for several districts in the upcoming days. Meteorologist Sandeep Kumar Sharma stated on Tuesday that the weather has remained clear in the state over the last 24 hours.

Daytime temperatures in the central region have been three to five degrees above normal, while the minimum temperature has stayed around the average. However, cold wave conditions have been noted in the districts of Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, and Kangra.

According to reports, a cold wave might strike Mandi, Bilaspur, and Hamirpur in the morning, resulting in an orange alert being issued for the cold wave. Cold wave conditions are also anticipated in some parts of Kangra.

He stated that starting from December 20, the central areas of the state, such as Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, and Sirmaur, will see a decrease in morning temperatures. Furthermore, temperatures during the day will drop in certain higher-elevation regions.

At present, the daytime temperature is high. In the next few days, there will be little change in daytime temperatures in the plains and central areas.However, the highest and lowest temperatures are anticipated to drop after December 20.

Meteorologists reported that Shimla experienced a maximum temperature of 21 degrees, which is 7 degrees higher than the usual. Previously, the highest recorded temperature was 21.3 degrees Celsius in 2017.

This is the third highest temperature ever recorded in Shimla during December. Kalpa experienced a low of 18.9 degrees Celsius, which is 10 degrees above the usual.

In December of 1991, the peak temperature reached 19 degrees. This is the second highest temperature recorded in Kalpa for December since 1991. The temperature in Manali during the day was also noted to be three degrees higher than usual.
