The Allahabad High Court has approved anticipatory bail for Sushil Singhania, who is implicated in the unfortunate suicide case of Atul Subhash.

Singhania, the uncle of Subhash’s wife, was granted bail, while three others, specifically Nikita Singhania, Nisha Singhania, and Anurag Singhania, were detained on December 15.

The arrests were carried out after Atul Subhash was found dead by suicide in his Bengaluru residence. Subhash, a 34-year-old deputy general manager, left a comprehensive 24-page suicide note.

In the note, he accused his wife and her family of harassment and claimed that a judge had requested a bribe of Rs 5 lakh to resolve a legal issue.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Shiv Kumar stated that Nikita Singhania was apprehended in Gurugram, Haryana, whereas Nisha and Anurag Singhania were taken into custody near Hotel Rameshwaram in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

The three individuals were subsequently taken to Bengaluru and placed in judicial custody.

The inquiry into the matter has sparked significant worries, prompting Subhash's father, Pawan Kumar Modi, to urge officials to secure the custody of his grandson.

Bikas Kumar Modi, his brother, also expressed worries about the child's location and the pending arrests in the case.

The case has garnered significant attention, with family members demanding justice and a more thorough investigation into the circumstances of Atul Subhash’s death.
